at Cadillac Ranch to leave our mark, Vega to see the restored Magnolia
Station and Dot’s Mini Museum, Adrian for lunch at the MidPoint

Day 6:
Ronald Reagan Library (view photos)
We braved
the LA freeways again to see the Reagan Library in Simi Valley. After that, we went back to San Bernardino for
Rendezvous activities.

Day 7: Huntington Beach (view photos)
Another
early start. This time we went to Huntington Beach to
see the Donut Derelicts. This
informal car gathering started about 20 years ago when 3 guys started
meeting on Saturday mornings for donuts.
Now hundreds of people gather to show off their rides. Then it was down to the beach and more
shopping. We finished off back at
the Rendezvous for our last day in CA.

Day 8: San Bernardino to Tombstone (view photos)
Time to
head back towards home. We stopped
in Phoenix to tour the Bondurant Racing
School. We got lucky and saw Bob Bondurant driving
a C6 Z06 around the road course and then we saw new Z06s in all the
available colors. Before we left, an
instructor took the Holmes and the Sparkmans
around the road course in a Cadillac CTS.
That guy could make that car fly.

Day 9: Tombstone to home (view photos)
The last
day of the cruise. We took a last
look around Tombstone
and toured Boothill before heading home.
