This cruise
was originally scheduled for 2007 but had to be moved to February.
Being Texas,
you never know what the weather will be like in February.
The forecast for
Midland/Odessa on the day we left was highs in the 30’s with chances of
snow and rain. Fortunately we didn’t
have any precipitation, but it was cold.
The weather
turned out to be very good at Big Bend National Park. A few showers on Saturday but not too
bad.
We had 21
Vettes (and 1 Cadillac) for this cruise.
We turned a few heads wherever we went.
The scenery
was great
Rio Grande river. That
is Mexico on the left and USA on the right.
